Shipping costs

€8 for orders under €100. The same rate applies to all countries.

Free shipping on orders over €100.

Handling and delivery time

Handling time: 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time:

• Europe and United States: 6 to 10 business days.
• Rest of the world: 10 to 14 business days.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel online. You can check progress at any time.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If you need to change it after checkout, contact us as soon as you can and we will help where we can.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where you can and notify us. If the parcel was left in your absence, contact us immediately for instructions.
